Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy
Over 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Qualified for: Complete refund minus service charges
Timeframe for Processing: 5 to 7 working days
Administrative Charge: £50 for credit card refunds
Requirements: Must be applied for in written form through email or over the phone
Between 24 to 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Qualified for: Half of the total charter cost
Timeframe for Processing: 7 to 10 working days
Administrative Charge: £25 subtracted from the refund total
Requirements: Justifiable reasoning required; administrative costs apply
Under 24 Hours Prior to Charter
Qualified for: Refunds are not available
Exception: Instances of emergency might be considered on a case-by-case basis
Alternative: A charter credit might be provided at the discretion of the company

Refunds Due to Weather Conditions
Our Commitment to Safety
Your security is paramount. If the weather is not safe for sailing as determined by our authorized captain, you have multiple choices:
- Complete Refund: A full refund will be given if it is not feasible to reschedule
- Rebooking: You can schedule your charter for another available date without incurring extra costs
- Charter Credit: An issued credit will be valid for one year from the original charter date
The Procedure for Evaluating Weather
The weather evaluation includes:
- Analyzing wind speeds and directions
- Assessing wave heights and maritime conditions
- Visibility and precipitation projections
- Checking for advisories and cautions from Coast Guard
- The captain's personal assessment of safety
Timeline for Decision: The determination for weather-related cancellations will be made no later than 4 hours before the scheduled departure.
Refunds for Medical Emergencies
Consideration for Urgent Situations
We are understanding of the sudden occurrence of medical emergencies. In the following cases, special consideration may be given:
- Abrupt sickness or injury necessitating hospitalization
- Loss of a close family member
- Unexpected military duties or recall
- Mandatory jury service or a court-issued subpoena
- Natural disasters that affect your travel plans
Documentation Necessities
For emergency refund considerations, we require the following documents:
- Medical statements or documents from hospitals
- Death certificates if suitable
- Legal military directives
- Official court summons or jury notices
- Travel advisories or declarations of emergencies
Procedure: Following receipt of the appropriate documentation, emergency refund claims are usually processed within a span of 3 to 5 business days.
Refunds Due to Operational Cancellations
Technical Difficulties
Should the yacht allocated to you face any technical setbacks that cannot be rectified:
- Replacement Vessel: We will endeavour to supply a similar alternative vessel
- Complete Refund: Offered if no suitable replacement can be found
- Partial Refund: Issued if the alternative vessel deviates in pricing
- Compensation: Extra compensatory measures may be extended for the inconvenience
Shortage of Crew
In the unlikely circumstance that the certified crew is unavailable:
- An alternative crew will be sourced when feasible
- Full refund if the charter cannot go ahead
- Rescheduling without further charges
Processing Refund Payments
Mode of Refund Payment
Refunds will be reverted to your original mode of payment:
- Credit Cards: Processing time of 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: Processing time of 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: Processing time of 3-5 business days

Credit Card Transactions
A £50 cost for cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice
Processing of Bank Transfers
A £25 fee for all reimbursements made via bank transfers
International Transactions
Extra fees may be charged for international transfers
Issuing Charter Credits
Scenarios for Credit Issuance
In specific instances, we may offer credit for your charter instead of refunds:
- Late cancellation requests (within 24 hours of charter time)
- Cancellations due to weather
- Requests for rescheduling out of convenience
- Situations of operational disruptions
Stipulations For Credits
- Duration of Validity: Credits are valid for a year following the issue date
- Transferability: Credits cannot be transferred to other parties
- Monetary Value: Corresponds to the entire value of the charter without processing fees
- Applicability: May be used for any eligible charters
- Extending Validity: Credits are not extendable beyond 12 months
Reimbursements for Partial Services
Disruptions to Service
If your charter experience is interrupted or curtailed due to reasons within our control:
- Proportional refund of the unutilized portion
- Credit for a similar value charter in the future
- Complimentary services or upgrades to make up
Disruptions Caused by Guests
If a charter concludes prematurely due to guest behavior or if safety rules are broken:
- No refund for the remaining time
- The full charter cost remains payable
- There might be additional costs incurred

In the case of disagreements regarding the outcome of a refund, you may:
- Request an evaluation by our management staff
- Offer extra evidence or documents
- Seek a resolution through consumer advocacy agencies
- Explore the legal options according to the law

- Refund transactions are executed in £, regardless of the currency used to make the payment
- It is highly recommended to secure travel insurance
- Changes to this policy can be made with a 30-day notification
