ClearPathFinder offers luxurious yacht charter services, which contain:

  • Daily yacht rentals
  • Sunset cruises
  • Corporate retreats
  • Private events
  • Multi-day charters

All services are provided based on their availability and prevailing weather conditions. We hold the right to alter or cease services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To arrange a charter, you are required to:

  • Be at minimum 18 years of age
  • Submit truthful and comprehensive information
  • Complete the needed deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Your booking is deemed confirmed solely after your payment is received and our written acknowledgment is provided. We have the liberty to deny service to anyone at our judgment.

3.3 Availability

Charter bookings are dependent on vessel availability and appropriate weather conditions. We will endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and timing.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are indicated in £ and incorporate applicable taxes unless declared otherwise. Pricing is subject to amendments without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter required at the time of booking
  • Final Payment: Due 48 hours prior to the commencement of the charter
  • Additional fees (if applicable): Payable upon completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept principal credit cards, electronic fund transfers, and certified checks. Payment transactions are processed using secure, encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Entire refund less transaction fees
  • 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Under 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should the captain consider weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose:

  • Rescheduling of your charter to a succeeding available slot at no extra charge
  • A full refund if rescheduling is infeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical complications with the designated vessel, we will strive to offer an adequate replacement. If a substitute is not viable, a complete refund will be provided.

6. Safety and Behavior

6.1 Safety Guidelines

All patrons must:

  • Adhere to all directives from the crew
  • Wear safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any medical issues that may affect their safety
  • Stay within designated areas on the yacht

6.2 Restricted Items

The following are not allowed onboard:

  • Glass containers
  • Illicit substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive amounts of beverages (beyond reasonable personal consumption)
  • Pets (except when given prior authorization)

6.3 Behavior

Passengers must behave respectfully. Should passenger conduct generate a safety hazard or interrupt the experience for others, we reserve the right to halt the journey immediately without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our commitment is limited to the cost paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:

  • Injuries incurred due to passenger carelessness
  • Theft or damage to personal items
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses
  • Delays induced by weather or other factors outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We keep comprehensive marine insurance that protects our vessels and operations. It is the passengers' responsibility to secure their travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Risk Acceptance

By taking part in our charter offerings, you recognize that marine activities come with inherent dangers, and you accept accountability for your safety and health.

8. Modifications and Schedule Alterations

We claim the right to alter itineraries, courses, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety needs, or operational imperatives. We will make an effort to ensure comparable alternative arrangements.

9. Force Majeure

We shall bear no liability for postponements, cancellations, or adjustments brought on by uncontrollable forces, which include, but are not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulatory enactments
  • Port closures
  • Mechanical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By employing our services, you consent to our collection and utilization of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
